1. Website Usage Agreement

By accessing and using the Flyventra website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Service Description

Flyventra Surf Club provides surfing services including but not limited to:

• Surfing lessons for all levels
• Surf camps and intensive programs
• Surfboard and equipment rentals
• Private coaching sessions
• Group surf classes
• Surf theory and safety workshops
• Accommodation and meal packages

3. Booking and Payment

All lessons and camps must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Beginner Surf Lesson: ₺600
• Intermediate Coaching: ₺700
• Private One-on-One: ₺1,000
• 3-Day Surf Camp: ₺2,200
• 5-Day Surf Camp: ₺3,500
• 7-Day Intensive Program: ₺4,800

4. Cancellation Policy

Lessons and camps can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their scheduled lessons
• Providing accurate personal and health information
• Bringing appropriate swimwear and personal items
• Informing us of any medical conditions or concerns
• Following safety instructions and guidelines
• Paying for services as agreed

Flyventra Surf Club commits to:

• Providing high-quality surfing instruction and coaching
• Using professional-grade equipment and safety gear
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities
• Protecting customer privacy and belongings
• Offering professional customer service and support

7. Liability and Safety

While we take every precaution to provide excellent service, Flyventra Surf Club is not liable for any issues that may occur during lessons or activities. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety procedures to ensure the best possible experience. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
